Please note: this is our office and dispatch unit, not a retail showroom. Walk-in shopping is not available. Do not send returns here without first emailing us at [email protected] for a return authorisation.

What to include in your message

To help us resolve things faster, please share:

• Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email)
• The registered email or phone number used at checkout
• A short description of the issue
• Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

Common queries

Where is my order? Your tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, email us with your order number.

I need a different size. Check the size chart on the product page first. If the fit is wrong, you can raise an exchange within 30 days — see our Refund and Returns Policy.

How do I return or exchange an item? Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions before you ship anything back.

I want to cancel my order. Email us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled any time before dispatch.
